Responsibilities
• Review loan proposals, analyse borrower creditworthiness and collect credit history and financial statements.
• Maintain complete loan documentation and check loan agreements against policy.
• Send credit proposals for verification/analysis and support credit decisions.
• Resolve customer questions or complaints and promote suitable Mo Finance products.
• Produce daily branch performance and credit reports and submit delinquency statements as required.
