1. Editorial Independence
The appearance of an organization or opportunity does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, recruitment authorization or a formal partnership. Advertising or commercial relationships must not override factual accuracy or source attribution. Paid material must be identifiable when introduced; paid vacancy posting is not currently offered.
2. Our Sources
We prioritize employers, educational institutions, programme administrators and other responsible issuing organizations. Official opportunity pages and authorized application platforms are preferred over third-party reposts. Automated discovery can assist collection, but it does not prove verification.
3. Accuracy and Attribution
We aim to preserve the essential meaning of source announcements while making them readable and organized. We do not invent missing salaries, funding, deadlines, eligibility, remote arrangements or visa sponsorship.
- Opportunity title and issuing organization.
- Location, applicant eligibility and programme purpose.
- Available responsibilities, qualifications and requirements.
- Original announcement date where known, TanzCareer publication date, deadline and source/application instructions.
4. Publication Standards
Listings should describe identifiable individual opportunities. A generic career homepage, search directory, repeated result page or promotional article must not be presented as a specific vacancy. Classifications should reflect the actual opportunity type. Publication, import success and an organization logo are not verification evidence.
5. Deadlines and Updates
Availability, deadlines and requirements may change after publication. Original announcement dates and TanzCareer publication/check dates serve different purposes and should not be treated as interchangeable. Listings may be corrected, expired, restricted or removed when new information becomes available.
6. Corrections and Removal
Use the report action on a listing or the correction category on our Contact page for inaccuracies, outdated information, broken links and suspicious announcements. Include the opportunity link and the original source where possible. Reports can lead to further review, correction, temporary restriction or removal; a report does not itself establish wrongdoing.
7. Intellectual Property
Source announcements, organization names, trademarks and logos remain associated with their rights holders. TanzCareer’s original branding, interface and editorial material are distinct. Attributed discovery information is not a claim of ownership or a licence to misuse another organization’s identity. Legitimate correction or removal requests can be submitted through Contact.
8. Editorial Contact
Choose “Report an incorrect opportunity” or “Report a suspicious or fraudulent listing” on the contact form. Never send confidential application documents with a public correction request.
