About this Opportunity
Support the Head of Marketing to coordinate national marketing strategy, campaigns, trade marketing and regional team execution while based in Dodoma.
Key responsibilities:
- Support annual and monthly marketing planning and budgets
- Coordinate national campaigns, launches, brand activations and promotions
- Monitor outlet visibility and marketing materials with sales teams
- Organise events and manage vendors, agencies and regional teams
- Gather market intelligence and report campaign KPIs
- Represent the marketing department only within expressly delegated authority
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
- Good knowledge of Tanzanian consumer markets and sales channels
- Strong spoken and written English and Kiswahili
Experience and skills:
4–10 years experience in marketing, trade marketing or brand management, preferably FMCG or beverage markets.
