Eligibility & Requirements

Responsibilities
• Review vendor Single Site Verification reports and perform RAN parameter audits and KPI reconciliation.
• Manage network-quality incidents, outages and performance deterioration with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, suppliers and regulators including TCRA on performance requirements.
• Prepare network-performance reports for regulatory and group stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to network features, project handovers and network quality management.
