Eligibility & Requirements

Secondary education or a Diploma in Mineral Exploration from a recognised institution; Tanzanian citizenship required. Valid Tanzanian driving licence is an advantage.
A Tanzanian driving licence is an added advantage.
At least 2 years for diploma holders, or 3 years for secondary-school holders, in core marking, geotechnical logging, exploration mapping or Diamond/RC drilling.

Responsibilities

Mark drill core and undertake geotechnical logging; check samples and recovery; support drilling teams and mapping; validate drillhole databases; coordinate the daily tasks and safety of coreshed staff; train colleagues.
