Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Pharmacy, Public Health, Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, International Trade, Social Sciences or a related discipline; fluent/proficient English and Kiswahili.
Experience in emergency logistics, national health supply chains, vaccine supply financing, procurement regulations and UNICEF VISION/Insight; another UN language is useful.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply management, procurement, logistics, import/export, customs, warehouse operations, transportation, inventory or supply financing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the UNICEF Procurement Services portfolio and transactions; assist supply financing requests and repayment documentation; oversee imports and customs clearance; coordinate transportation, warehouse operations and national supply-chain partners; contribute to national supply-chain strengthening and enable distribution of health and programme supplies.

Programme Eligibility

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Pharmacy, Public Health, Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, International Trade, Social Sciences or a related discipline; fluent/proficient English and Kiswahili. At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply management, procurement, logistics, import/export, customs, warehouse operations, transportation, inventory or supply financing.
